"Chapter 34: A Night to Remember"

Part 34

As the game continued, it was Todoroki's turn to spin the bottle. He turned it with a calm and collected hand, and we all waited to see who it would land on. The bottle spun and finally came to a stop, pointing to me. Todoroki's eyes met mine, and he looked at me with a hint of nervousness. "If it's fine, I would like to kiss," he said, his voice low and gentle. I felt my face heat up with a blush, and I could sense the eyes of the others on me. Kirishima, Bakugo, and Izuku all looked at me with a mixture of surprise and jealousy, while Ochaco just giggled and whispered something to Mina. I looked at Todoroki, and he seemed to be holding his breath, waiting for my response. I nodded slowly, trying to play it cool, but my heart was racing with excitement. "It's fine," I said, trying to sound casual. Todoroki leaned in, his lips brushing against mine in a soft and gentle kiss. The room seemed to fade away, and all I could feel was the warmth of his lips and the flutter in my chest. The others erupted into cheers and teasing comments, with Kirishima joking that Todoroki had stolen the first kiss. Bakugo just grumbled and muttered something under his breath, while Izuku smiled and patted Todoroki on the back. As we pulled away from each other, I couldn't help but feel a little shy and self-conscious. But Todoroki just smiled and took my hand, his eyes sparkling with warmth and affection. The game continued, but the atmosphere had changed slightly. The boys were all teasing each other and joking around, but there was an undercurrent of tension and competitiveness that I hadn't noticed before. I realized that, in that moment, I had become the object of their affections, and it was both exhilarating and terrifying. As the night wore on, we eventually settled down to sleep, our bodies exhausted but our hearts still racing with excitement. I snuggled into my sleeping bag, feeling Todoroki's hand still wrapped around mine, and drifted off to sleep with a smile on my face.
