"Humiliation in Cheer"
Part 70
The 1v1 battles were about to begin, and the tension in the air was palpable. I was mentally preparing myself for the challenges ahead, thinking about my strategy and trying to psyche out my potential opponents. But just as we were about to start, Momo walked up to us, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Guys, Kaminari told me to tell you that Aizawa-sensei has a special request," she said, trying to stifle a grin. Ochaco, Mina, Tsu, and Jiro looked at each other curiously, and I raised an eyebrow. "What is it?" I asked. Momo held up a stack of cheerleading outfits. "Aizawa-sensei wants us to wear these," she said, her voice trembling with suppressed laughter. We all looked at each other in horror as Momo handed out the outfits. They were pink and white, with "U.A. High School" emblazoned on the front in bold letters. "This can't be happening," Ochaco whispered, her face turning bright red. But it was too late. We had no choice but to put on the outfits and walk out in front of the entire school. I felt like I was going to die of embarrassment. As we emerged from the locker room, I could feel all eyes on us. And then I saw them - Deku, Bakugo, Osby, Todoroki, Shinso, Monoma, and Kirishima, all staring at us from afar. Deku's eyes widened in surprise, and Bakugo burst out laughing. I wanted to sink into the ground and disappear. The cheerleading outfit was a nightmare - it was too tight, too short, and too... cheerleader-y. I could feel my face burning with embarrassment as I tried to make my way to the 1v1 arena without tripping over my own feet. Osby, in particular, caught my eye. He was staring at me with an amused expression, his eyes crinkled at the corners. I wanted to crawl under a rock and hide. "Well, well, well," Bakugo called out, still chuckling. "Look at you guys! You're almost as pretty as the cheerleaders from the anime!" I shot him a dirty look, but he just laughed harder. Deku, on the other hand, looked like he was trying not to laugh. He was staring at me with a mixture of amusement and sympathy. I glared at Momo, who was still grinning from ear to ear. "This is all your fault," I whispered. But she just shrugged and whispered back, "Hey, at least we're all in this together!" As we made our way to the 1v1 arena, I couldn't help but wonder what Aizawa-sensei was thinking. And what was Kaminari's role in all of this? I was determined to find out, but for now, I just had to survive this humiliation. The 1v1 battles were about to begin, and I was more nervous than ever. But at least I had my friends by my side - or rather, in matching cheerleading outfits. We exchanged nervous glances, and then stepped into the arena, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
