The Day Before Forever
Part 20
The sun was shining brightly as Minako and Ami arrived at the beautiful outdoor venue where their wedding would take place the next day. They were greeted by their friends and family, all of whom were buzzing with excitement. The venue was picturesque, with a serene lake in the background and lush greenery surrounding the ceremony area. The group had gathered for the rehearsal, and Minako and Ami took their places at the altar, with Mary and Aiden by their side. Sonic and Blaze, who had been watching from the sidelines, approached Ami and Minako with a shy smile. "Um, we were wondering if we could ask something," Sonic said, looking at Blaze for support. "Of course, guys," Minako replied, curious about what they might ask. "We were wondering if we could be guests at the wedding," Blaze asked, his eyes shining with hope. Ami and Minako exchanged a glance, and then nodded in unison. "Of course, you guys are more than welcome to be our guests," Ami said, smiling. Sonic and Blaze let out a whoop of excitement, and hugged each other tightly. "Thanks, guys," Sonic said, grinning from ear to ear. With the guest list updated, the group moved on to the rehearsal. The ceremony was a beautiful, intimate affair, with Minako and Ami exchanging vows and promising to love each other for the rest of their lives. Mary and Aiden, dressed in their adorable outfits from the day before, watched with wide eyes as their moms rehearsed their big moment. After the rehearsal, the group made their way to the reception area, where a delicious rehearsal dinner was waiting. The tables were laden with food, and the atmosphere was lively and festive. Minako and Ami took their seats at the head table, surrounded by their loved ones. As they sat down to eat, Minako stood up to give a speech. "I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for being here," she said, her voice filled with emotion. "This is a special day for Ami and me, and we're so grateful to have all of you here to celebrate with us." Ami stood up to add her own words, her voice trembling with happiness. "We're so lucky to have such amazing friends and family," she said. "We can't wait to see what the future holds, and we're so grateful to be starting it together." The group applauded, and then dug in to the delicious food. The rest of the evening was filled with laughter, music, and celebration. As the night drew to a close, Minako and Ami made their way back to their rooms, exhausted but happy. As they drifted off to sleep, they couldn't help but think about the next day, when they would finally tie the knot and start their new life together. They knew it would be a day they would never forget, and they couldn't wait to see what the future held.
