"Into the Night"
Part 4
As Avery stood there, frozen in anticipation, Destiny's eyes remained closed, her face tilted upwards, her lips parting slightly. The air was charged with tension, and Avery knew he had to make the next move. He gently brushed a strand of hair behind her ear, his fingers grazing her skin, sending shivers down her spine. Without a word, Avery leaned in, his lips meeting Destiny's in a soft, gentle kiss. The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the moment. Destiny's lips parted, and Avery deepened the kiss, his tongue tangling with hers. As they kissed, Avery knew he had to get her out of there, away from the prying eyes and ears of the partygoers. He gently pulled back, his eyes locking with Destiny's, and smiled. "Want to come back to my place?" he whispered, his voice husky with desire. Destiny nodded, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Yeah, I'm so drunk," she slurred, her words barely intelligible. Avery chuckled and wrapped his arm around her waist, leading her out of the clearing. The music and laughter faded into the background as they made their way to his car. He helped Destiny into the passenger seat, and she let out a giggle as she tried to fasten her seatbelt. As they drove through the quiet streets, Destiny leaned her head against the window, her eyes drifting shut. Avery glanced over at her, his heart swelling with affection. He couldn't believe how far they'd come, and how much he wanted her. When they arrived at his house, Avery helped Destiny out of the car and led her up the walkway. He unlocked the door and ushered her inside, flipping on the lights to reveal the cozy living room. Destiny stumbled over to the couch, collapsing onto the cushions with a giggle. Avery followed, sitting down beside her. She turned to him, her eyes sparkling with desire. "I want you," she whispered, her voice husky. Avery's heart skipped a beat as he gazed into her eyes. He knew he had to take care of her, to make sure she was okay. But as he looked into her face, he knew he couldn't resist her. He leaned in, his lips meeting hers in a fierce, passionate kiss. As they kissed, Avery's hands roamed over Destiny's body, caressing her curves and igniting a fire that threatened to consume them both. He knew they were drunk, and that they might regret this in the morning. But in that moment, he didn't care. All he wanted was to be with her, to lose himself in her touch. Destiny's hands wandered over his body, her fingers tracing the lines of his chest. Avery groaned, his desire spiking. He knew he had to take her to bed, to make love to her. But as he pulled back to look at her, he saw the desire in her eyes, and he knew he couldn't wait.
