Chapter 55: An Unexpected Encounter Unfolds

As we walked into the dorms, I couldn't help but feel excited to share my encounter with Hawks with Mina, Ochaco, and Tsuyu. Bakugo and I made our way to the common room, where we found the three girls lounging on the couch, chatting and laughing. "Hey, guys!" I exclaimed, plopping down beside them. "You won't believe what just happened." Mina, Ochaco, and Tsuyu turned to me, their eyes sparkling with curiosity. "What is it?" Mina asked, her brow furrowed with concern. I took a deep breath and launched into the story of my encounter with Hawks, from his sudden arrival to his departure. The girls listened with wide eyes, their faces filled with amazement. When I finished, Ochaco let out a squeal. "Wow, that's so cool!" she exclaimed. "Hawks is one of my favorite heroes!" Tsuyu nodded in agreement. "Yeah, he's really impressive. I'm surprised he talked to you, though." Mina grinned mischievously. "Yeah, I'm surprised he didn't swoon over you, Iwa-chan." I blushed, feeling a bit self-conscious. But before I could respond, Bakugo spoke up. "By the way, you guys might not know this, but I carried Iwa-chan to the infirmary after Hawks left." The room fell silent, and all eyes turned to me. I felt my face heat up with embarrassment as Mina, Ochaco, and Tsuyu burst out laughing. "Iwa-chan, you were carried by Katsuki!" Mina teased, her eyes shining with amusement. I buried my face in my hands, mortified. "Shut up, guys..." Ochaco giggled. "Aww, Iwa-chan, you're so cute when you're blushing!" Tsuyu chuckled. "Yeah, and Katsuki's grumpy face when he's carrying someone is just... wow." Bakugo scowled, his face reddening. "Shut up, all of you. It was just a necessary action, okay?" I peeked through my fingers, smiling weakly at my friends. "Thanks for teasing me, guys..." The girls continued to giggle and tease me, but I couldn't help but laugh along with them, feeling happy to be surrounded by such a supportive and playful group of friends.
