**Body Swap**

Part 1

Sirius Black groggily opened his eyes to an unfamiliar ceiling. He sat up, rubbing his temples, trying to remember how he got there. But as he looked around, he realized that this wasn't his room. The decor was all wrong, and the bed was too small. He threw off the covers and swung his legs over the side of the bed, only to realize that they weren't his legs. They were shorter, and the muscles were more defined. He looked down and saw that he was wearing a black silk pajama set, not his usual casual clothes. A wave of panic washed over him as he scrambled to his feet and staggered to the mirror. The reflection staring back at him was his brother Regulus'. Sirius's eyes widened in shock as he stumbled backward, falling onto the bed. What was happening? How did he end up in Regulus's body? Meanwhile, Regulus Black woke up to the sound of gentle snoring. He opened his eyes to find himself in a cozy dormitory, surrounded by familiar faces. But as he looked around, he realized that he wasn't in the Black family's London townhouse. He was in the Gryffindor common room, and he was lying in...Sirius's bed? He sat up, taking in the messy black hair and the relaxed expression on Sirius's face. Regulus's eyes narrowed as he took in the unfamiliar surroundings. Regulus quickly threw off the covers and got out of bed, trying to wrap his head around what was happening. He looked down and saw that he was wearing Sirius's worn jeans and a faded Hogwarts t-shirt. He stumbled out of the dormitory, desperate to find some answers. Sirius, still disoriented, stumbled out of Regulus's bedroom and into the hallway. He was greeted by Evan Rosier and Barty Crouch, who were standing outside his...no, Regulus's door. "Regulus, old chap," Rosier said, with a sneer, "we need to talk about the family business. Father's been getting anxious about the...arrangements." Sirius's mind went blank as he tried to think of a response. He had to act like Regulus, but he had no idea what Regulus's relationships with these people were like. He took a deep breath and tried to channel his brother's persona. "Ah, yes, of course," Sirius said, trying to sound suave. "I'm...ah, just a bit...tired. What arrangements?" Barty Crouch raised an eyebrow. "You know exactly what I'm talking about, Regulus. Don't play dumb." Sirius's eyes darted back and forth as he tried to think of a response. Just as he was about to get out of the conversation, James Potter appeared out of nowhere and grabbed his arm. "Hey, Regulus, let's talk," James said, his eyes sparkling with mischief. Sirius tried to shake him off, but James pulled him into a nearby broom closet. As the door closed behind them, James turned to Sirius and said, "So, Regulus, I've been meaning to talk to you about something. I've been seeing someone, and I think you know who it is." Sirius's eyes widened as James leaned in close and whispered, "I've been seeing you, Regulus. I mean, I know you're...different, but I couldn't help myself." Sirius's mind reeled as he tried to process this information. Regulus and James? He didn't know what to say. Meanwhile, Regulus stumbled into the Gryffindor common room, searching for Sirius. He was greeted by Remus Lupin, who was sitting on the couch, looking worried. "Sirius, what's wrong?" Remus asked, as Regulus approached him. Regulus's eyes widened as he took in Remus's concerned expression. He had to act like Sirius. "Ah, Remus, I...uh...I don't know what's going on," Regulus stammered. Remus's eyes locked onto his, and Regulus saw a flicker of something there, something that looked almost like...affection? "Sirius, I think we need to talk," Remus said, his voice low and gentle. Regulus's heart skipped a beat as he realized that Sirius and Remus were...together? He stumbled backward, trying to process this new information. What was happening to him? And how was he going to fix this mess?
