**Chapter 14: Possession**

Part 14

Joe's eyes locked onto Brooklyn's as he reached out and took her phone from her hand. She felt a surge of surprise and a hint of fear as he turned it off and slipped it into his pocket. "You're not going anywhere," he said, his voice low and husky. Brooklyn's eyes widened in protest, but Joe just smiled and pulled her close. "You're going to stay right here with me," he whispered, his breath hot against her ear. Brooklyn tried to push him away, but Joe's grip was firm. He held her in place, his hands roaming over her body as he whispered sweet nothings in her ear. "I know you think you're in control, Brooklyn," he said, his voice dripping with possessiveness. "But you're not. You're mine, and I'm not going to let you go." Brooklyn's mind reeled as Joe's words washed over her. She felt a shiver run down her spine as he pulled her close, his lips brushing against her ear. "You're going to let me take you upstairs," he whispered, his voice full of command. "And you're going to let me make love to you again. And this time, I won't pull out unless I want to." The words sent a jolt of shock through Brooklyn's system, and she felt her mouth go dry. She tried to speak, to protest, but no words came out. Joe's hands were on her body, caressing her curves, and Brooklyn felt her resolve crumbling. She was trapped, caught in a web of desire and submission. As Joe's lips brushed against her neck, Brooklyn felt her head spin. She was his, and she knew it. The thought sent a thrill through her, and she felt herself melting into his arms. For a moment, Brooklyn forgot about the emergency contraceptives, forgot about the argument, and forgot about everything except the man holding her in his arms. She was his, and that was that. As Joe lifted her into his arms and carried her towards the stairs, Brooklyn felt a sense of inevitability wash over her. She was his, and she would do what he said. The thought was both exhilarating and terrifying, and Brooklyn couldn't help but wonder what the future held.
