A Chance Encounter in Indiana

Part 3

Sangwoo's eyes scanned the crowded airport as he waited for Jason's flight to land. He had arrived hours early, eager to scope out the area and get a glimpse of Jason before the chaos of the NBA basketball event began. His heart racing with anticipation, he checked his phone for what felt like the hundredth time, watching as the clock ticked closer to the flight's scheduled arrival. As he stood there, Sangwoo couldn't help but think about how far he had come. Just a few days ago, he was sitting in his new apartment in Indiana, scrolling through his phone and feeling like he was going stir-crazy. Now, he was at the airport, waiting for a chance to meet Jason. The sound of announcements and murmuring crowds filled the air as Sangwoo shifted his weight, his eyes fixed on the arrivals board. He had managed to find out that Jason would be attending the NBA event, and he had a feeling that he would be easy to spot in the crowd. Sangwoo's thoughts drifted back to Jason's social media posts, the ones he had been obsessively monitoring for weeks. He had seen the pictures of Jason's short, fluffy bleach-dyed hair, his bright brown eyes sparkling with mischief. He had watched Jason's live streams, laughing along with his jokes and feeling like he was getting to know him. But as much as Sangwoo felt like he knew Jason, he also knew that he was taking a huge risk. He was a stranger, a stalker, and he had no idea how Jason would react to him. Sangwoo's pale skin felt hot with anxiety as he thought about the possibility of rejection. The arrivals board flickered, and Sangwoo's heart skipped a beat as he saw the flight's arrival time updated. He took a deep breath, smoothing out his clothes and mentally preparing himself for the encounter. As the passengers began to emerge from the gate, Sangwoo's eyes scanned the crowd, searching for a glimpse of Jason's bleach-dyed hair. He felt a surge of excitement as he spotted him, surrounded by his friends Ron and Adapt. Jason was shorter than Sangwoo had expected, probably around 5'5", but his bright brown eyes sparkled with energy as he laughed and joked with his friends. Sangwoo's eyes lingered on Jason's features, taking in the chubby thighs and hips, the way his waist dipped inward. He felt a flutter in his chest as he watched Jason move, his short hair bobbing with each step. Without thinking, Sangwoo reached into his bag and pulled out his phone, snapping a quick photo of Jason and his friends. He quickly deleted it, feeling a twinge of guilt, but he couldn't help himself. He needed to remember this moment, to capture the essence of Jason's presence. As Jason and his friends made their way through the airport, Sangwoo fell into step behind them, his eyes fixed on the back of Jason's head. He knew that he had to be careful, that he couldn't just approach Jason without a plan. But for now, he was content to simply follow, to see where Jason would lead him. The NBA event was just a short drive away, and Sangwoo knew that he had to act fast if he wanted to make a good impression. He quickened his pace, his heart pounding with excitement, as he followed Jason and his friends out of the airport and into the bright Indiana sunlight.
