**Confronting the Truth**

Part 10

Saki's face was a picture of rage as she stormed into the room, her eyes blazing with a mix of shock, anger, and disappointment. Her gaze landed on Rin, still straddling Nozomi, and her expression turned even darker. Without a word, she raised her hand and slapped Rin hard, the sound of the impact echoing through the room. Rin's head whipped to the side, her cheek stinging from the force of the slap. She felt a surge of pain and humiliation as she tumbled off the bed, landing on the floor with a thud. Nozomi's cries grew louder, and Rin could see the fear and tears welling up in her eyes. Saki's anger seemed to boil over, and she took a step closer to Rin, her voice rising to a yell. "What the fuck. Why can’t you just listen." Rin cowered, her eyes fixed on Saki's angry face. She knew she had messed up, and Saki's reaction was a mix of concern for Nozomi and frustration with Rin's actions. Nozomi's sobs grew louder, and Saki's expression softened slightly as she turned to the younger girl. "Nozomi, are you okay?" she asked, her voice gentle. Nozomi nodded, still crying, and Saki helped her sit up, wrapping her arms around her. Rin slowly got to her feet, her eyes fixed on the floor. She knew she had crossed a line, and Saki's reaction was a wake-up call. She felt a pang of guilt and shame, and for the first time, she realized the gravity of her actions. Saki's eyes locked onto Rin's, and Rin could see the disappointment and anger burning in them. "How could you, Rin?" Saki asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "You know how you feel about Nozomi, and yet you still did that. What is wrong with you?" Rin shook her head, feeling a wave of regret wash over her. She knew she had hurt Nozomi, and Saki's words cut deep. She opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out. She knew she had no excuse for her actions, and all she could do was stand there, frozen in shame.
