**A Family of Their Own**

Part 3

Ennis's mind wandered as he sat on the couch with Jack, the warm sunlight streaming through the windows and casting a cozy glow over their little ranch. He couldn't help but think about the family they had always dreamed of having, but knew was impossible. His breeding kink, a deep-seated desire to have children and be a father, had been a challenge for him and Jack to navigate. As a gay couple in a small town in Wyoming in the 1960s, they faced not only societal pressures but also the biological reality that they couldn't have kids of their own. Their minds had turned to other options, and they had found a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their role as surrogate parents to Roscoe and Clyde, the two rambunctious dogs that had become an integral part of their lives. The dogs' antics and affectionate nature had brought them joy and comfort, and Ennis couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and responsibility as their "daddy". As they sat on the couch, Roscoe and Clyde curled up at their feet, Jack turned to Ennis and said, "You know, I've been thinking... maybe it's time we start taking the boys on more adventures." Ennis's eyes lit up at the suggestion, and he nodded enthusiastically. "I've been thinking the same thing," he said, his voice filled with excitement. The two of them spent the next hour brainstorming ideas for their next adventure with Roscoe and Clyde. They talked about taking them on hikes, to the lake, and even to the nearby town for a picnic. As they planned, Ennis couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment and happiness. This was what family felt like to him - the love, the laughter, and the adventures they shared together. As the sun began to set, casting a warm orange glow over their little ranch, Ennis turned to Jack and said, "You know, I never thought I'd be this happy." Jack smiled and took Ennis's hand, his eyes shining with love and affection. "Me neither, sugar," he said. "But I wouldn't trade this life with you for anything in the world." Ennis's heart swelled with emotion as he looked at Jack, and he knew that he felt the same way. They had found a sense of family and belonging with each other and with Roscoe and Clyde, and that was all that mattered. As they sat there together, watching the stars begin to twinkle in the night sky, Ennis knew that they had created a family of their own, one that was filled with love, laughter, and adventure.
