**Beyond the Mirror**
Part 4
Harmony's eyes widened as she spun around, her face burning with embarrassment. She had been caught staring at her own reflection, and the girl's mischievous grin only added to her discomfort. She tried to make a hasty retreat, but her feet seemed rooted to the spot. The girl, Wednesday, chuckled, a low, throaty sound that sent shivers down Harmony's spine. "You're quite...fascinated by your own reflection, aren't you?" she said, her voice dripping with amusement. Harmony's face grew even hotter as she realized she was being toyed with. She took a step back, her eyes fixed on the door, but Wednesday was too quick. With a swift movement, she closed the gap between them, her long black dress swirling around her like a dark cloud. "Don't be shy, Harmony," Wednesday said, her voice taking on a slightly mocking tone. "I'm not going to hurt you...at least, not yet." She paused, her eyes glinting with mischief. "My cousin Pugsley and I have been expecting you." Harmony's heart skipped a beat as she processed the girl's words. Expecting her? How did they know she was coming? She tried to push the questions aside and focus on escape, but her feet seemed heavy, as if rooted to the spot. Wednesday seemed to sense her unease and took another step closer. "Don't try to leave just yet," she said, her voice low and husky. "We have a lot to discuss. And I think you'll find it...enlightening." As Wednesday spoke, the door creaked open, and a boy with a wicked grin and a mop of messy black hair sauntered into the room. "Ah, Pugsley, dear," Wednesday said, her voice dripping with sarcasm, "I see you're as punctual as ever." Pugsley's eyes landed on Harmony, and he let out a low whistle. "And who's the lovely lady?" he asked, his voice dripping with amusement. Wednesday's smile grew wider. "This is Harmony. And she's...interested in exploring the house." Pugsley's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Oh, how...delightful. I think we'll get along just famously, don't you, Harmony?" Harmony's eyes darted between the two Addams children, her mind racing with fear and confusion. She had to get out of there, and fast. But as she turned to make a run for it, she found herself trapped, with no clear escape route in sight.
