Chapter 4: Descent into Darkness

Aria's eyes seemed to bore into Yui's soul as she took a step closer, her face twisted in a malevolent grin. Sara's heart was racing as she tried to think of a way to intervene, but Aria's grip on Yui was tightening by the second. Hanabi was frozen in the doorway, her eyes wide with horror as she watched the scene unfold. Aria's hands were shaking with rage as she reached out and grabbed Yui's wrist, pulling her back onto the bed. Yui's eyes were welling up with tears as she tried to struggle, but Aria was too strong. Sara tried to rush forward, but Hanabi caught her arm, holding her back. "No, Sara, you can't," Hanabi whispered, her eyes pleading with Sara to stay back. But Sara shook her off, determined to protect Yui. As Sara tried to intervene, Aria's face contorted in a snarl, and she struck Yui with a vicious blow. Yui's body went limp as Aria pinned her to the bed, her eyes flashing with a malevolent light. Sara's world went into slow motion as she watched in horror, unable to move or speak. Hanabi's grip on her arm was like a vice, but Sara couldn't tear her eyes away from the scene unfolding before her. Aria's body moved with a jerky, violent motion, and Sara felt like she was trapped in a nightmare from which she couldn't wake up. The sound of Yui's muffled cries echoed through the room, and Sara's mind went numb with shock. As the reality of the situation sunk in, Sara's eyes met Hanabi's, and she saw a mixture of fear and despair reflected back at her. Hanabi's grip on her arm relaxed, and Sara felt like she was floating in a sea of despair, unable to move or escape. The room seemed to fade away, leaving only the three figures on the bed, locked in a tableau of horror and violence. Sara's mind was reeling, unable to process what she had just witnessed. As the silence stretched out, Aria finally stood up, her eyes glinting with a cold, hard light. Yui's body was limp and still, her eyes closed as if in death. Sara felt a wave of nausea wash over her, and she stumbled backward, her eyes fixed on the scene before her. Hanabi's voice was barely audible as she whispered, "We have to get out of here. We have to get help." But Sara just stood there, frozen in shock, unable to move or speak.
