Chapter 59: A Little Princess

The day of their second scan had finally arrived, and Jacquie and Noah were bursting with excitement as they made their way to the doctor's office. They had been waiting for what felt like an eternity to find out the gender of their new baby, and they couldn't wait to share the news with Ellie Mae and Mya. As they settled into the examination room, Jacquie couldn't help but feel a sense of nervous energy. She had been guessing that the baby was a girl, but she had no idea if she was right. The doctor moved the wand to a different angle, and suddenly, the words "Female" appeared on the screen. Jacquie's eyes widened as she turned to Noah, a huge grin spreading across her face. "It's a girl!" the doctor exclaimed. Noah's face lit up with a mix of surprise and delight. "A girl!" he repeated, turning to Jacquie. "We're having a baby girl!" Jacquie squealed with excitement, tears of joy pricking at the corners of her eyes. She had been hoping for a girl, and now that she knew for sure, she felt like the luckiest person in the world. The doctor smiled and handed Jacquie a few photos of the ultrasound. "Congratulations, you two," she said. "You're going to have a beautiful baby girl." As they left the doctor's office, Jacquie and Noah were both beaming with happiness.
