**Chapter 10: Elijah's Hurt**
Part 10
The storm that had been brewing finally broke, and Kael's toxic behavior reached a boiling point. His eyes, blazing with fury, locked onto Elijah, who took a step back, his heart racing with fear. The air was heavy with tension as Kael's malevolent energy seemed to fill the room. Ryder, still grinning, seemed oblivious to the danger, but Alessandro's eyes flashed with warning, his jaw clenched in a silent threat. "Kael, don't," he warned, but it was too late. With a swift movement, Kael crossed the room, his eyes fixed on Elijah. The submissive switch tried to move away, but his feet seemed rooted to the spot. Kael's hand closed around Elijah's wrist, his grip like a vice. "You're always so weak, Elijah," Kael sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "You're always so eager to please. It's pathetic." Elijah winced as Kael's fingers dug deeper into his skin. He tried to pull away, but Kael's grip only tightened. Alessandro's voice cut through the air, firm and commanding. "Kael, let him go." But Kael was beyond reason, his demonic possession and trauma boiling over like a cauldron. He pulled Elijah closer, his face twisted in a snarl. "You're mine," Kael spat, his breath hot against Elijah's skin. "You're my plaything, my toy. And I'll do what I want with you." Ryder's grin had faltered, and he took a step back, his eyes wide with concern. Alessandro's eyes flashed with anger, and he moved to intervene, but Kael was too quick. With a swift movement, Kael yanked Elijah into a brutal kiss, his lips crushing against the submissive switch's. Elijah tried to struggle, but Kael's grip was too strong, his body too powerful. The kiss was like a violation, a brutal assertion of Kael's dominance. Elijah's mind reeled as he tried to process what was happening. He felt a wave of pain and fear wash over him, his body trembling with terror. Alessandro's voice cut through the air, a low growl of anger. "Kael, stop. Now." This time, Kael listened, his grip relaxing as he released Elijah. The submissive switch stumbled back, his eyes wide with fear and pain. Ryder moved to Elijah's side, his face etched with concern. "Elijah, oh God, are you okay?" Elijah nodded, his eyes welling up with tears. He felt a wave of shame and humiliation wash over him, his body trembling with fear. Alessandro's eyes locked onto Kael, his expression cold and unforgiving. "You're going to pay for that," he said, his voice low and husky. Kael's eyes dropped, his shoulders sagging in defeat. He knew that he had crossed a line, that he had hurt someone he was supposed to care about. The room was silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the four of them. The storm had finally broken, and the aftermath was devastating. Elijah's hurt was palpable, his body trembling with fear and pain. As the silence stretched out, Alessandro's eyes never left Kael's face. He knew that he had to take control, to remind Kael of his place. The toxic demon switch had to be put in his place, and Alessandro was the only one who could do it. With a swift movement, Alessandro crossed the room, his eyes locked on Kael. "You're going to apologize to Elijah," he said, his voice firm and commanding. "And then, you're going to make it right." Kael's eyes dropped, his shoulders sagging in defeat. He knew that he had no choice, that he had to obey. The question was, could he change, or would his toxic behavior continue to destroy those around him? Only time would tell.
