**The Weight of Collectibles**
Part 24
"You have all of the top ones... oh," Izuku's eyes scanned the room, suddenly noticing something. "Except for Endeavor." I felt a bead of sweat trickle down my forehead as I replied, "Ah," trying to play it cool. "Ahah yes, they had finished him by the time I arrived at the shop." I forced a chuckle, attempting to downplay my frustration. I would have loved to get that Endeavor action figure, that fucking piece of shit... Izuku's gaze continued to roam the room, taking in every detail. "You even have the limited edition of All Might's Silver Age costume..." He let out a sigh of admiration, his eyes fixed on the little action figure as if it was the most wonderful thing in the world. I hadn't realized it was that rare; I had simply requested it because the Silver Age costume was the one All Might wore for his first heroic lessons, if I wasn't mistaken. I had hoped it would serve as an anchor to grip onto my memories before they faded. But now... I have a much bigger, realer anchor, don't I? I took the little figure in my hands and slowly held it out towards Izuku. He looked at it, his grin widening as his eyes shone with happiness. He's just too cute. "Can I really play with it?" He asked, his voice filled with excitement. I blinked, realizing that my actions had been misunderstood. "Sure. You can even take it home." Izuku let out a distracted laugh, too engrossed by the toy in his hands to respond properly. He held it like one would treat a religious relic, his fingers tracing the details of the figure. Then he blinked. Once. Twice. His eyes remained fixed on the action figure, a look of pure joy on his face.
