**A Night to Remember**
Part 2
Nicole woke up to the sound of her phone buzzing on her nightstand, the bright screen illuminating her dark room. She rubbed her eyes, trying to shake off the haze of the previous night. The memories of dancing with Coop, laughing and joking with him, came flooding back, and she couldn't help but smile. As she sat up and swung her legs over the side of the bed, she noticed a piece of paper on her nightstand with a phone number scribbled on it. The number was unfamiliar, but the note attached to it read: "Call me when you wake up." Nicole's heart skipped a beat as she realized it must be Coop's number. She picked up her phone and dialed the number, her hand trembling slightly as she waited for him to answer. "Hey, beautiful," Coop's smooth voice said on the other end of the line. "How are you feeling today?" Nicole hesitated, unsure of how to respond. She had a vague recollection of leaving the bar with Coop, but everything after that was a blur. "I'm...I'm fine, I think," she stammered. Coop chuckled. "Good. I was worried about you. You seemed a little out of it last night." Nicole's mind was racing. What had happened last night? She tried to remember, but her memories were hazy. "What happened last night?" she asked, trying to sound casual. There was a pause on the other end of the line. "We had a great time, Nicole. We went back to my place, and...well, let's just say we got to know each other a little better." Nicole's heart sank as she realized the implications. She had slept with Coop, and she had no memory of it. A wave of panic washed over her as she thought about the consequences. A few weeks went by, and Nicole started to feel off. She was tired all the time, and her body was changing in ways she couldn't explain. She took a pregnancy test, and the results confirmed her worst fears: she was pregnant. Nicole was devastated. She had never planned on getting pregnant, and she certainly hadn't planned on getting pregnant with a man she barely knew. She tried to call Coop, but he didn't answer her calls. She left him a message, demanding that he call her back. The next day, Coop showed up at her doorstep, a smug look on his face. "Hey, beautiful," he said, sauntering into her apartment. "I see you're feeling a little better." Nicole was furious. "What did you do?" she demanded. "Did you do this to me on purpose?" Coop shrugged, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I may have had a little something to do with it," he admitted. "But you're going to be just fine, Nicole. You're going to have my baby, and we're going to make this work." Nicole was horrified. She had never felt so trapped and helpless in her life. She realized that she had made a terrible mistake, and now she was paying the price. Coop's possessive behavior was starting to unnerve her, and she wondered if she had made a deal with the devil himself.
