"Unwavering Loyalty"
Part 110
"Wait, hold on, there's no way I'm leaving Bakugo behind," I said, turning around to Osby with a determined look. Osby's grin faltered, and he raised an eyebrow. "What are you talking about? We need to get out of here, now!" I shook my head. "I'm not leaving Bakugo behind. We have to go back for him." Osby sighed, rubbing his temples. "You're not thinking clearly. We can come back for him once we're safe. Right now, we need to focus on getting out of this building alive." But I was resolute. "No way, Osby. We're not leaving him behind. He's been working with us, and we can't just abandon him." Osby looked at me, a mixture of frustration and admiration on his face. "Fine, but you're going to get yourself killed. Let's go." With a nod, Osby led the way back to the room where we had left Bakugo. As we approached, the sound of Quirk abilities and shouting grew louder. I steeled myself, preparing for what we might find. When we burst back into the room, I was met with a chaotic scene. Bakugo was still struggling against his restraints, but he had managed to loosen them slightly. Dabi and Himiko were closing in on him, their Quirks at the ready. Tomura, however, was nowhere to be seen. Osby charged forward, his blades flashing in the light as he took on Dabi and Himiko. I rushed to Bakugo's side, helping him to his feet. "Thanks for coming back for me," Bakugo said, his eyes locked on mine. I grinned. "We're a team, Kacchan. We're not leaving anyone behind." Together, we joined Osby in the fight, our Quirks clashing with those of our enemies. The battle was intense, but with Osby's shields and blades, and Bakugo's explosive Quirk, we managed to gain the upper hand. As the dust settled, we stood victorious, but exhausted. Dabi and Himiko lay defeated at our feet, and Bakugo's restraints were finally broken. But as we caught our breath, I couldn't shake the feeling that Tomura was still out there, watching and waiting. And when he made his next move, we would have to be ready.
