**Chapter 3: A Royal Discovery**
Part 3
The villagers, still unsure of Iduna's identity, decided that the best course of action would be to take her to King Westergaard, hoping that he might be able to help her. Iduna, still weak and recovering, was led to a small boat, and soon found herself sailing across the icy waters. The wind whipped through her brown braided hair, which was done up in a simple bun, and she wrapped her cloak tightly around her. As they approached the imposing castle of Westgard, Iduna's anxiety grew. What would this king be like? Would he be able to help her? The boat docked, and Iduna was led to the grand hall of the castle, where King Westergaard sat on his throne. The king, a tall and imposing figure with a kind face, looked Iduna up and down, taking in her worn and weary appearance. His eyes, a piercing blue, seemed to see right through her, and Iduna felt a shiver run down her spine. But as he spoke, his voice was warm and gentle, putting her at ease. "Welcome, young one," he said. "I am King Westergaard. My family and I will do our best to help you. You are a long way from home, I take it?" Iduna nodded, her voice barely above a whisper. "I...I'm the queen of Arendelle," she said, her eyes locked on the king's. King Westergaard's eyes widened in surprise, and he exchanged a glance with his family. Iduna saw a flicker of recognition in his eyes, and she knew that he had placed her. "By the gods," he muttered. "You are Iduna, the queen of Arendelle. I had thought you lost at sea." Iduna nodded, a surge of hope rising within her. "I was shipwrecked," she explained. "I don't know if anyone else survived." King Westergaard nodded sympathetically. "You are safe now, Your Majesty," he said. "My family and I will do everything in our power to help you." As Iduna looked around the grand hall, she saw the rest of the Westergaard family. There was Queen Agnarr, a warm and gentle soul, who smiled kindly at Iduna. And then there was Prince Lars, a tall and handsome young man with a proud air about him. Iduna sensed a certain ambition in him, a drive to succeed that was both admirable and intimidating. Iduna's gaze lingered on Prince Lars, and she wondered what his role was in the kingdom. She also noticed the way he looked at her, with a mixture of curiosity and interest. The king, noticing Iduna's gaze, smiled. "This is my wife, Queen Agnarr, and our son, Prince Lars," he said. "And, of course, our guests, Prince Rudi, Prince Runo, and Prince Caleb." The princes, Iduna noticed, seemed to be watching her with a mixture of curiosity and suspicion. She wondered what they thought of her, and whether they would be allies or enemies. As Iduna met the Westergaard family, she felt a sense of trepidation. She knew that she was a long way from home, and that she would have to rely on these strangers to help her. But there was something about King Westergaard and his family that put her at ease, something that made her feel that she might just find the help she needed. The king, seeming to sense her unease, stood up and offered Iduna his arm. "Come, Your Majesty," he said. "Let us get you settled. You must be exhausted." Iduna took his arm, and was led to a warm and cozy room, where a fire crackled in the hearth. She felt a sense of relief wash over her, and she knew that she was in good hands. For the first time since the shipwreck, she felt a glimmer of hope. Maybe, just maybe, she would make it back to Arendelle after all. As she settled into the room, Iduna couldn't help but think of her family, and the life she had left behind. She wondered what Elsa and Anna were doing, and if they were safe. She hoped that they were not worried about her, and that they would soon be reunited. The door to the room opened, and Queen Agnarr entered with a tray of food and drink. "I brought you some refreshments, Your Majesty," she said, smiling. "I hope you are feeling better." Iduna smiled, grateful for the queen's kindness. "Thank you, Your Majesty," she said. "I am feeling much better, thanks to your hospitality." As she ate and drank, Iduna felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew that she still had a long way to go, but for the first time since the shipwreck, she felt like she was on the right path. And she knew that she would always be grateful to the Westergaard family for their kindness and help.
