A New Chapter Unfolds

As I stepped into the bustling courtyard of U.A. High School, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sprawling campus. The sun was shining brightly overhead, casting a warm glow over the entire scene. I had arrived early, eager to get a feel for the place before the official welcoming ceremony. As I looked around, I spotted a group of students chatting and laughing together. I recognized some of them from the entrance exam, and my heart skipped a beat as I made my way over to join them. There was Ida Tenya, Ochaco Uraraka, Todoroki Shouto, Momo Yaoyorozu, Jiro Aizawa, Sato, Sero, Kaminari, Mineta, Koda, Asui, Hagakure, Mina, and Shoji. We all exchanged greetings and introductions, and I was starting to feel more at ease when I heard a familiar voice behind me. "Vesper! Deku!" Kirishima exclaimed, rushing towards me with a huge grin on his face. I turned to see Deku and Kirishima making their way towards me, and I couldn't help but smile. I opened my arms, and we shared a warm hug, with Deku and Kirishima both embracing me tightly. Mina, who was standing nearby, looked at us with a curious expression. "Kirishima, is Vesper your girlfriend?" she asked, her voice loud and clear. Kirishima and I both blushed, our faces turning bright red. "N-no, we're just friends," Kirishima stuttered, and I quickly chimed in, "Yeah, we're just friends." Just as we were about to breathe a sigh of relief, a scoffing sound came from behind us. I turned to see Bakugo rolling his eyes, a scowl on his face. "Please, spare me the act," he sneered, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "You two are practically inseparable. It's obvious you're something more." Kirishima and I exchanged a nervous glance, our faces still flushed from the earlier question. I could tell that this conversation was far from over.
