**Masquerade Ball**

Part 1

The grand estate of the wealthy and esteemed Baroness was abuzz with the who's who of London's high society. Tonight was the night of the most anticipated masquerade ball of the season, and Cruella de Vil, resplendent in a stunning black and white gown, her mask glinting with diamonds, was the belle of the ball. Her eyes sparkled with mischief as she twirled across the dance floor, her partner, a handsome young man, attempting to keep up with her infectious energy. As the music changed, Cruella excused herself from her partner, her gaze scanning the crowded room for a familiar face. Her eyes landed on Jasper, her loyal and dashing accomplice, dressed in a sleek black tuxedo, his mask a simple yet elegant affair. She made her way through the throng of people, her heart racing with excitement. "Cruella, you look stunning," Jasper said, his voice low and smooth, as she approached him. "Though I must say, I'm a bit surprised you're not wearing a more...beastly mask." Cruella laughed, her voice husky. "Oh, Jasper, I'm saving the beast for later. Tonight, I'm on the prowl for more...sophisticated prey." She batted her eyelashes at him, and Jasper chuckled. As they chatted, Cruella's eyes roved over the room, taking in the elaborate masks and costumes on display. She spotted a group of people gathered around the bar, their laughter and chatter carrying above the music. Her gaze lingered on them for a moment before returning to Jasper. "Shall we take a stroll, Jasper?" she suggested, her voice barely above a whisper. "The night air is lovely, and I could use some...fresh air." Jasper raised an eyebrow, but Cruella could see the spark of amusement in his eyes. "Very well, my dear," he said, offering his arm. As they made their way through the crowds, Cruella's hand brushed against Jasper's, sending a jolt of electricity through her. She smiled to herself, her heart racing with anticipation. As they reached a quiet corner of the ballroom, Cruella turned to Jasper, her eyes glinting with mischief. "You know, Jasper," she said, her voice low and husky. "I think I've had enough of this ball." Jasper raised an eyebrow, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Oh? And what did you have in mind, Cruella?" Cruella's smile grew wider, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She took a step closer to Jasper, her face inches from his. "I think it's time we made our own entertainment," she whispered. And with that, she pinned Jasper against the wall, kissing him deeply. "Slow down, Stella," Jasper said, teasingly. "Shut up, Cruella," she said with a giggle. She moved her kiss to his neck, her lips tracing the line of his jaw. "Mmmmgggh...ugh, we gotta be careful, baby. Somebody might hear us," Jasper moaned. "Don't care," Cruella said, her voice husky with desire. Jasper chuckled, his arms wrapping around her waist. As they stood there, lost in their own little world, the music and laughter of the ballroom faded into the background, and all that was left was the two of them, lost in the magic of the night. But for how long?
