A relative of yours, perhaps?" Eira's eyes widened as she made the connection. "You can't mean... my cousin, Althaea? She's been working at the shelter, tending to the wounded and providing what little care she can." Elwynn nodded, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "That's the one! I've been searching for her, and I believe she might hold the key to creating potions that could greatly aid us on our quest." Eira's thoughts turned to her cousin, and she felt a mix of emotions. I was on my way to Oakwood, the town we left behind, to visit my father, Thrain, the guard captain." Kael's eyes lit up with surprise. "The same Thrain who commands the guard at Oakwood?" Thrain nodded, a hint of pride in his voice. "The very same. I've been away from home for some time, and I felt it was time to visit my family and see how they're faring." Lyra's eyes sparkled with amusement. "It seems we've stumbled into a web of connections, haven't we?" As the party began to discuss their plans and the revelations that had just been shared, Eira couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder.
