Darkness and Disaster Movies

Part 4

Meanwhile, in a dark and dingy lair hidden deep within the twisted forest of Hyrule, Link found himself trapped and helpless. Dr. Horror cackled maniacally as he forced Link to watch a DVD copy of Fifty Shades of Grey. The screen flickered to life, displaying the awkward and cringe-worthy scenes that made Link's face contort in horror. "Ah, yes, this is what happens to those who refuse to join the dark side," Dr. Horror sneered, pointing at the screen. "You'll be subjected to all sorts of... 'bondage' and 'discipline'." He chuckled at his own joke, clearly enjoying Link's discomfort. Link looked away, trying to escape the torment, but Dr. Horror forced him back to face the screen. "And look, Link, the hero of the story is a wealthy and powerful man who uses his influence to manipulate and control others. Isn't that just like me?" Link shook his head, trying to clear the images from his mind. He couldn't bear the thought of being treated like that, and the idea of being forced to participate in such twisted games made his stomach turn. Back at the castle, Princess Zelda was still speaking with the Mario brothers. "I hope Dr. Horror isn't making Link watch Japanese disaster movies," she said, a look of concern etched on her face. "He's terrified of them, you see." Mario and Luigi exchanged a curious glance. "How did you find out about that?" Mario asked. Zelda smiled weakly. "I have my ways. Link confided in me once, after a particularly bad nightmare. He woke up screaming about Godzilla and Mothra." Luigi's eyes widened. "That's-a quite a phobia. We should-a try to rescue him ASAP, then." Mario nodded in agreement. "Don't worry, Princess. We'll do everything we can to save Link and make sure Dr. Horror doesn't brainwash him." Zelda's expression turned determined. "I'll do my part, too. With my knowledge of the castle's secrets and your... unique skills, I'm sure we can come up with a plan to defeat Dr. Horror and save Link." As they continued to discuss their strategy, Link's screams of horror echoed through the lair, a stark contrast to the calm and collected conversation taking place at the castle. The Mario brothers and Princess Zelda were determined to save their friend, but they had no idea what kind of twisted torment Dr. Horror had in store for him.
