"Game On"
Part 128
The room was still electric with anticipation as Sera handed the bottle to Mina, who was sitting next to me with an excited grin on her face. Mina took the bottle and examined it for a moment before turning to me. "Alright, it's your turn," she said, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Truth or dare?" I hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to choose. But something about Bakugo's intense gaze made me feel like I had to choose truth. "Truth," I said, my voice firm. Mina's grin grew wider. "Okay, here's the question: what's the one thing you're most afraid of?" she asked, her voice gentle but probing. I felt a surge of anxiety as I hesitated, unsure of how to answer. But something about Mina's kind eyes made me feel like I could trust her. "I'm afraid of failing," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "Failing my friends, failing myself... it's a constant fear that I have." The room fell silent, and I could feel everyone's eyes on me. But to my surprise, it was Bakugo who looked away, his expression unreadable. Mina, on the other hand, nodded sympathetically. "Don't worry, we're all here for you," she said, her voice soft. Sera, who was sitting across from me, spoke up next. "Alright, Mina, it's your turn," she said, taking the bottle from Mina. "Truth or dare?" Mina's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Dare," she said, her voice firm. Sera grinned mischievously. "Okay, here's your dare: you have to sing a love song to Ojiro in front of everyone," she said, her voice dripping with amusement. Mina's face turned bright red as she looked at Ojiro, who was chuckling to himself. "Ah, come on," she said, her voice protesting. But Sera just laughed. "No backing out now," she said, her voice firm. "You have to do it." Mina took a deep breath and stood up, her eyes locked on Ojiro's. And to everyone's surprise, she began to sing a sweet, melodious love song, her voice trembling with emotion. The room erupted into applause as Mina finished her song, Ojiro looking like he was about to melt from embarrassment. But as he clapped along with the rest of us, I could see a hint of a smile on his face. It was going to be an interesting night.
