"A Plan of Sacrifice"

Jupiter and Saturn knew they couldn't delay their plan any longer. They needed to gather the other celestial bodies and share their decision with them. With a heavy heart, Jupiter reached out to Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Luna, Mars, Uranus, and Neptune, calling them to a gathering. The eight celestial bodies convened, their forms shimmering in the dim light of space. Jupiter and Saturn took a deep breath, preparing themselves for the difficult conversation ahead. "Friends," Jupiter began, his voice solemn, "Saturn and I have come up with a plan to ensure your survival. We know that our current state is unsustainable, and we need to take drastic measures to create a stable environment for you all." Saturn took over, her voice filled with emotion. "We've decided to expel our strongest gravity, creating a new balance that will allow you all to thrive. But...it will come at a great cost." The six celestial bodies gasped, their forms trembling with shock. Earth's panic was palpable, and she asked, her voice shaking, "What about you two? What will happen to you?" Jupiter's expression turned sorrowful. "We'll be fine, knowing that you all are safe. We've come to terms with our fate, and we're willing to make this sacrifice for your sake." Earth's face crumpled, and she began to wail in despair. "No, no, no! You can't leave us! What will we do without you?" Jupiter's massive form enveloped Earth in a gentle hug. "Shh, little one, don't cry. We'll always be with you in spirit. We'll be watching over you from wherever we are, knowing that we've given you a chance to live on." The other celestial bodies looked on, tears streaming down their faces. Mars' usually stoic expression was cracked, and Venus' usually radiant surface was dull with sorrow. Uranus and Neptune looked at each other, their eyes filled with a deep sadness. Without a word, the celestial bodies gathered together, forming a group hug. Jupiter and Saturn wrapped their massive arms around the others, holding them close as they all cried together. In that moment, they were a family, united in their grief and their love for one another. As they held each other, Jupiter and Saturn knew that their plan would be worth it, if it meant giving their friends a chance to live on. They savored the moment, knowing that it would be a memory they would cherish forever.
