"Fractured Harmony"

Part 1

The sun was setting over the small college town, casting a warm orange glow over the cozy house on the outskirts of campus. It was home to five young adults - Noa, Sara, Hanabi, Yui, and Aria - all entangled in a polygamous relationship. The house was filled with the sound of children's laughter and playful shouts, a stark contrast to the tension that simmered beneath the surface. In the bedroom, Aria and Hanabi's argument had been brewing for hours. The topic of contention was Susuki's weekend plans, and Hanabi's refusal to agree with Aria's decision had sparked a heated debate. As the discussion escalated, Aria's face reddened, and her eyes flashed with anger. "Just leave, Susuki," Aria snapped, her voice firm but laced with a hint of menace. The young girl quickly exited the room, sensing the volatile atmosphere. Aria turned her attention back to Hanabi, her voice rising. "You always do this, Hanabi. You always question me and make me feel like I'm not capable of making decisions." Hanabi stood her ground, her eyes locked on Aria's. "I'm just trying to have a say in what's best for Susuki. You can't just dictate everything." Aria's expression darkened, and she took a step closer to Hanabi. The air seemed to thicken as Aria's anger intensified, and Hanabi's voice faltered. Aria's actions became more aggressive, her words slurred as she began to yell, before she violently sexually assaulted Hanabi. The assault left Hanabi in tears, her body shaking with fear and pain. Aria stormed out of the room, leaving Hanabi to compose herself. Meanwhile, Yui walked through the front door, sensing that something was amiss. She was immediately drawn to the sound of Hanabi's muffled sobs coming from their bedroom. Her heart sank as she entered the room, and her eyes widened in horror at the sight of Hanabi's tear-stained face. "What happened?" Yui demanded, her voice low and urgent. Hanabi sniffled, struggling to form words. "A-Aria... she... she hurt me." Yui's eyes flashed with anger as she stormed out of the room, determined to confront Aria. She found her in the living room, where Aria was sitting calmly, oblivious to the storm brewing around her. "Aria, what did you do?" Yui's voice was shrill with rage. Aria looked up, a nonchalant expression on her face. "Hanabi was being dramatic, as usual." Yui's eyes blazed with fury. "You hurt her, Aria. You assaulted her." The room fell silent, the tension palpable. Sara, who had been quietly observing the scene from the sidelines, took a step back, her eyes darting nervously between Aria and Yui. Noa, who had been absent throughout the ordeal, remained nowhere to be found. As the situation teetered on the brink of chaos, it was clear that the fragile harmony of the household had been fractured. The question was, what would happen next?
