## Chapter 2: Sisters
Part 2
Rose and Lisa's parents were away on a work trip, and Rose was hosting a sleepover at her house. Jisoo had arrived earlier, and the two girls were lounging on the couch, watching TV. The warm glow of the TV illuminated their faces, and the soft hum of the show created a cozy atmosphere. Lisa yawned, feeling a sense of exhaustion wash over her. She had worked a double shift at her part-time job, and was running on fumes. Her eyes began to droop, and she snuggled into the couch, feeling grateful for her friends' company. "Hey, you can crash here tonight if you want," Rose said, snuggling up close to Lisa. Her voice was soft and gentle, and Lisa felt a sense of comfort wash over her. Lisa smiled, feeling grateful for her friend's kindness. "Thanks, Rosé. I might take you up on that." She glanced over at Jisoo, who was watching them with a warm smile. As they chatted and laughed, Lisa felt a sense of peace wash over her. For a moment, she forgot about her troubles at home - her father's yelling, her mother's silence, the endless struggle to make ends meet. She forgot about the empty stomach, the worn-out clothes, and the loneliness. Rose's house was a sanctuary, a place where Lisa could escape the harsh realities of her life. Her parents were rich, and their house was always spotless and perfectly decorated. But it was more than that - it was a place where Lisa felt loved and accepted, where she could be herself without fear of judgment. As they talked, Jisoo pulled out a bag of snacks and they spent the next hour munching on chips and laughing together. The sound of their laughter filled the room, and Lisa felt her heart lift. But as the night wore on, Lisa's thoughts began to drift back to her home life. She thought about her father's angry face, her mother's indifference, and the endless struggle to survive. She thought about the times she had to go to bed with an empty stomach, the times she had to wear the same clothes to school for weeks. Jisoo noticed the change in Lisa's expression and put a hand on her arm. "Hey, you okay?" she asked, her voice soft and concerned. Lisa nodded, trying to brush it off. "Yeah, I'm fine." But Jisoo's eyes saw right through her, and she knew that Lisa was struggling. Rose got up and put on some music, and they spent the rest of the night dancing and laughing together. But Lisa couldn't shake off the feeling of unease, the feeling that she was living in two different worlds. As the night wore on, Lisa realized that she wasn't alone. She had Rose and Jisoo, and together, they could face anything. They were her sisters, her friends, and her support system. And as they settled in for the night, Lisa felt a sense of gratitude wash over her. She knew that she was lucky to have them, and she knew that she would do anything to protect them. As she drifted off to sleep, Lisa felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew that she had a long way to go, but with Rose and Jisoo by her side, she felt like she could conquer the world. The next morning, Lisa woke up to the sound of Rose's alarm blaring in her ear. She groggily got out of bed, feeling a bit disoriented. Rose was already up and making breakfast in the kitchen. "Hey, sleepyhead," Rose said, smiling at her. "How are you feeling today?" Lisa smiled back, feeling a bit more awake. "I'm good, thanks. What are we doing today?" Rose shrugged. "I don't know. We can hang out, or go shopping. What do you want to do?" Lisa thought for a moment. She didn't have any plans, and she didn't have to work today. "Let's just hang out, I guess. I'm not really feeling like going shopping." Rose nodded, and they spent the rest of the morning lounging around the house, watching TV and chatting. It was a lazy, relaxing day, and Lisa felt grateful for the chance to unwind. As they sat on the couch, Jisoo came over and joined them. They spent the rest of the day together, laughing and talking and just enjoying each other's company. For Lisa, it was a much-needed break from the stresses of her home life. She felt like she could finally breathe, finally relax. And as she looked at Rose and Jisoo, she knew that she was grateful for them, grateful for their friendship and their love. They were her sisters, her friends, and her everything. And as they hugged each other tightly, Lisa knew that she would do anything to protect them, to keep them safe and happy.
