"Turmoil and Crimson"

Part 2

Regulus's eyes were closed, his head thrown back in ecstasy as he rode the pillow, his body responding to James's gentle encouragement. But as he moved, he felt the familiar sensation of his crimson curse growing stronger, and his body began to ache with a dull, throbbing pain. He tried to ignore it, focusing on the pleasure James was bringing him, but it was no use. The pain grew, and he felt a warmth spreading through his underwear. James noticed the change in Regulus's expression and opened his mouth to ask if everything was okay, but before he could speak, Regulus's eyes snapped open, and he let out a mortified cry. "James, I'm...I'm bleeding," he stammered, his face flushing with embarrassment. James's expression softened, and he quickly got up from the bed, pulling Regulus into a gentle hug. "It's okay, love. It's just your cycle. I've got this," he said, trying to reassure him. But Regulus was beyond consolation. He pulled back, looking down at the spreading stain on his underwear, and his face contorted in distress. "I'm so sorry, James. I'm getting blood everywhere," he exclaimed, his voice trembling. James quickly grabbed a towel and gently helped Regulus clean up, trying to make him feel better. But Regulus was devastated, feeling like he was losing control and ruining the intimate moment they had shared. As James helped him clean up, Regulus couldn't help but think that this was exactly why he had been dreading his cycle. He didn't want to be a burden to James, didn't want to ruin their relationship with his messy, crimson curse. James seemed to sense his thoughts and pulled him into a tight hug. "You're not a burden, Regulus. I love you, and I'm here for you, no matter what. This is just a part of who you are, and I'm okay with it," he said, his voice filled with conviction. Regulus looked up at James, feeling a mix of emotions: gratitude, love, and a hint of shame. He knew he had to learn to accept his cycle, to see it as a natural part of his life, but it wasn't easy. As he looked into James's eyes, he knew that with him by his side, he could face anything, even the turmoil of his crimson curse. James helped Regulus into the bathroom, and they began to clean up together. As they stood there, surrounded by the chaos of Regulus's cycle, James took Regulus's hand and looked into his eyes. "I love you, Regulus. Blood and all," he said, his voice filled with affection. Regulus smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over him. Maybe, just maybe, he could learn to accept his cycle, as long as James was by his side.
