**Chapter 11: Tidal Wave of Secrets**

Part 11

The stars began to twinkle in the night sky as Raymond and Maya walked back to their friends, their bodies still buzzing from their explosive encounter in the ocean. Aqua, Hayley, Claire, and Clary handed them towels and smiled, their faces still flushed with excitement. "You two are quite the show," Aqua said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "I'm surprised you didn't attract a school of dolphins." Maya laughed, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Hey, we didn't mean to put on a show," she said, her voice carefree. "We just got caught up in the moment." Clary nodded in agreement. "That's what happens when you're with the right person," she said, her voice warm. "The moment just takes over." As they dried off and got dressed, Raymond's phone buzzed with an incoming text. He glanced at the screen and frowned. "I need to take this," he said, his voice serious. Maya raised an eyebrow. "Who is it?" she asked, her voice curious. Raymond hesitated before answering. "It's my sister, Sophia. She says she needs to talk to me about something important." Maya's eyes narrowed. "What's going on?" she asked, her voice firm. Raymond sighed. "I'm not sure," he said. "But I need to find out." He stepped away to take the call, leaving Maya and their friends to wonder what was going on. As he walked further down the beach, the sound of the waves and the chatter of their friends fading into the background, Raymond's mind began to whirl with possibilities. Who was Sophia, and what did she want? Raymond hadn't spoken to his sister in years, not since their falling out over their family's business dealings. He had thought he was done with that part of his life, but now it seemed that his past was coming back to haunt him. As he answered the call, Sophia's voice was tight and urgent on the other end of the line. "Raymond, I need to see you," she said. "It's about Father." Raymond's heart skipped a beat. Their father, Marcus, had been a complicated figure in their lives, a man with many secrets and lies. "What about him?" Raymond asked, his voice cautious. Sophia hesitated before answering. "He's in trouble, Raymond. And I think you're the only one who can help him." Raymond's eyes scanned the beach, searching for Maya's familiar face in the crowd. He knew that his life was about to get a lot more complicated, and he wasn't sure if he was ready. But as he looked at Maya, her eyes sparkling with love and trust, he knew that he would do anything to protect her and their friends. Little did he know, Sophia's visit was just the beginning of a tidal wave of secrets that would change their lives forever.
