Chapter 19: A Night of Togetherness

Part 18

The movie played on, a romantic comedy that made them all laugh and sigh. The girls were all snuggled up against Caleb, some of them with their heads on his shoulders, others with their arms wrapped around his waist. Caleb had his arms around them all, holding them close as they watched the movie together. As the night wore on, Caleb felt a sense of contentment wash over him. He looked down at the girls, all of whom were smiling and laughing at the movie. He felt grateful to have them all in his life, and he knew that he wanted to spend many more nights like this with them. "Thank you all again," Caleb said, his voice low and sincere. "For making me feel so happy and cared about. You all mean the world to me, and I'm so lucky to have you in my life." The girls all looked up at him, their faces filled with affection. Cinderella smiled and leaned in to kiss his cheek. "We're lucky to have you too, Caleb," she said. Belle nodded in agreement. "We're a team, Caleb. We're all in this together." Tiana wrapped her arms tighter around his waist. "We're a family, Caleb. And we're not going anywhere." Merida let out a whoop of excitement. "Aye, we're a family! And we're going to have many more adventures together!" Rapunzel nodded enthusiastically. "We're going to make so many more memories together, Caleb. And I'm so grateful to be a part of it." Mulan smiled and leaned in to whisper in his ear. "We're all in this together, Caleb. Forever and always." Moana's eyes shone with tears as she looked up at him. "I love you, Caleb," she said. Elsa and Anna exchanged a look, and then Elsa spoke up. "We all love you, Caleb. You're the heart of our family." Ariel and Jasmine chattered excitedly, and Sleeping Beauty smiled and yawned. Snow White just looked up at him with a serene smile. Caleb's heart swelled with emotion as he looked at the girls. He felt like the luckiest guy in the world to have them all in his life. He hugged them all tight, holding them close as they watched the rest of the movie together. As the credits rolled, the girls all snuggled in closer to Caleb. They were all quiet for a moment, just enjoying each other's company. Finally, Merida spoke up. "That was the best movie night ever!" she exclaimed. The other girls all nodded in agreement, and Caleb smiled. "Definitely one for the books," he said. As they all settled in to drift off to sleep, Caleb knew that this was a night he would never forget. A night of togetherness, of love and laughter, with the girls he loved.
