**Chapter 9: A Difficult Choice**
Part 9
A Difficult Choice Nene's face turned an even deeper shade of crimson as she struggled to find the right words. Tsukasa's question had caught her off guard, and she hadn't expected to be put on the spot like that. She looked at Amane, hoping he would come to her rescue, but he just smiled calmly and remained silent. Tsukasa's eyes sparkled with excitement as he waited for her response. He had always known that Nene had feelings for both of them, but he had never expected her to admit it so readily. He took another step closer to her, his face inches from hers. Amane, on the other hand, seemed completely calm and collected. He leaned against a nearby pillar, his eyes fixed on Nene with a gentle expression. He seemed to be waiting for her to make a decision, but he didn't seem to be in a hurry. Nene's eyes darted back and forth between the two of them, her face burning with embarrassment. She knew she had to say something, but she didn't know what. She took a deep breath and tried to calm down, but her heart was racing with excitement. Tsukasa's eyes never left hers as he waited for her response. He seemed to be savoring the moment, enjoying the fact that Nene was so flustered. Amane, on the other hand, seemed to be waiting patiently, his expression calm and serene. As the silence stretched out between them, Nene's face grew hotter and hotter. She knew she had to say something, but she didn't know what. She looked down, her eyes avoiding theirs, and mumbled something under her breath. Her words were barely audible, but Tsukasa's ears perked up as he caught what she said. "Can't I just choose both?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Tsukasa's eyes widened in surprise, and he looked at Amane, who raised an eyebrow in response. The air was thick with tension as the three of them stood there, waiting to see what would happen next. Tsukasa's face broke out into a wide grin as he looked at Nene. "Really?" he asked, his voice full of excitement. Amane's expression was more reserved, but his eyes sparkled with interest. Nene's face turned an even deeper shade of red as she realized what she had just said. She looked up at Tsukasa and Amane, her eyes wide with panic. Had she just said what she thought she had? And what did it mean for her future?
