"A Royal Confession"

As Peach lay in bed, she couldn't shake off the conversation she had with Daisy earlier. Her mind kept wandering back to Luigi and the way he made her feel. She thought about Daisy's words and how she had described Luigi's charming nature. Peach's curiosity got the better of her, and she found herself wondering about Daisy's own experiences with Luigi. She picked up her phone and sent Daisy a text message. "Hey, I was thinking... why did you fall in love with Luigi? You described him so beautifully, and I feel like I understand why I'm falling for him now, but I want to know more about your story." Daisy's response came almost immediately. "Aww, Peach, I didn't expect you to ask that. But I guess it's only fair that I share my story with you." Peach's heart skipped a beat as she waited for Daisy's response. She had always known that Daisy had a soft spot for Luigi, but she had never really asked her about it. Daisy's message continued, "It was during the time when Luigi was helping me with my flower business. He was so kind and patient with me, and he had this way of making me feel like I was the only person in the world. We spent countless hours together, and I found myself falling for him hard." Peach's eyes widened as she read Daisy's message. She had no idea that Luigi had been involved in Daisy's flower business. She couldn't help but feel a little curious about the nature of their relationship. "Did you two ever... you know, get together?" Peach asked, her fingers trembling slightly as she typed out the message. Daisy's response took a little longer to arrive. "Well, Peach, let's just say that Luigi and I had a bit of a romantic history. We went on a few dates, and I thought for sure that we were meant to be. But, as it turned out, Luigi's heart belonged to someone else." Peach's heart sank a little as she read Daisy's message. She couldn't help but wonder who the person was that Luigi's heart belonged to. Was it someone she knew? "Who was it?" Peach asked, her curiosity getting the better of her. Daisy's response was immediate. "It's a long story, Peach, but I'll tell you if you promise to keep it a secret. Meet me at the castle gardens tomorrow at sunrise, and I'll tell you everything."
