**Chapter 19: A Splash of Deception**
Part 19
As they strolled through the lush gardens, the warm sun beating down on them, Vanitas suddenly darted ahead, his eyes sparkling with mischief. Before Shizuo could react, Vanitas grabbed him and tossed him into the pool, clothes and all. Shizuo let out a loud yell, "What the hell!" But his angry outburst was cut short as Vanitas jumped into the pool, sending water splashing everywhere. Vanitas surfaced, his face inches from Shizuo's, and kissed him deeply. Shizuo's eyes widened in shock as Vanitas' tongue invaded his mouth, his lips moving insistently against his. The water around them churned as Vanitas wrapped his arms around Shizuo, his hands sliding down to grope Shizuo's butt. Shizuo gasped into Vanitas' mouth, his mind reeling in disgust. Vanitas pulled away from the kiss, his face flushed with excitement. His eyes shone with adoration as he gazed at Shizuo, "I love you, Shizuo. I'm happy Izaya told me about you." Shizuo's face darkened with anger. It's because of that damn flea why I'm here, Shizuo thought angrily. He seethed with rage, his hatred for Vanitas and Izaya burning brighter than ever. But mostly, he hated Vanitas. Shizuo's eyes narrowed, his voice cold and menacing. "You're out of your mind, Vanitas. I don't love you. I don't even know you." He tried to push Vanitas away, but Vanitas held tight, his grip like a vice. Vanitas' smile faltered for a moment, but he quickly recovered, his face lighting up with a radiant grin. "Oh, Shizuo, you're so cute when you're angry," he cooed, his hands still wrapped around Shizuo's waist. Shizuo's face twisted in disgust, his anger boiling over. He was trapped in this nightmare, and he didn't know how to escape. The water around them lapped gently against the pool's edges, a stark contrast to the turmoil brewing inside Shizuo. He glared at Vanitas, his eyes flashing with hostility. Vanitas, oblivious to Shizuo's anger, continued to smile, his eyes shining with adoration. Shizuo's hatred for him grew with each passing moment, and he knew he had to get out of this situation before it was too late. But for now, he was at Vanitas' mercy, and that thought sent a shiver down his spine.
