Chapter 6: A New Day Dawns
Part 6
As I finished my breakfast, Hange carefully cleaned me up, wiping my mouth and hands with a soft cloth. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to take on the day. Hange smiled at me, seeming to sense my excitement. "Today, we're going to go outside," he said, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "The weather is perfect, and I think it's time you got some fresh air." I squealed with delight, banging my spoon on the tray of my crib. Hange chuckled and handed me my sippy cup, which I grasped eagerly. As we prepared to leave, I noticed that Hange was wearing a special harness, one that I had seen him put on before. It was designed to hold me securely, allowing us to venture out into the world without worrying about my safety. Hange carefully fastened me into the harness, making sure I was snug and secure. I felt a thrill of excitement as he lifted me out of my crib and cradled me in his arms. We walked to the door, and Hange opened it, revealing a bright and sunny day. The warm sunlight spilled into the room, illuminating the dust motes that danced in the air. As we stepped outside, I was struck by the sheer beauty of the world around me. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the sound of birdsong echoed through the trees. Hange walked slowly, taking care not to jostle me as we made our way through the garden. I gazed around, taking in the vibrant colors and textures of the plants and flowers. We came to a stop at a large tree, its trunk sturdy and strong. Hange sat down on a nearby bench, settling me into the crook of his arm. "Let's take a break and enjoy the view," he said, smiling at me. I looked up at him, feeling grateful for this special time together. As we sat there, I noticed that Hange was gazing at something in the distance. I followed his gaze, and my eyes widened as I saw a group of creatures approaching. They were unlike anything I had ever seen before - they had iridescent wings and shimmering scales, and they seemed to be made of pure light. Hange's eyes sparkled with excitement as he watched the creatures approach. "Look, Lotus Dragon," he whispered, his voice full of wonder. "It's a group of Luminari. They're rare and magical creatures, and they're said to bring good fortune and joy to those who encounter them." I stared, mesmerized, as the Luminari drew closer. They seemed to be drawn to Hange and me, and they began to circle around us, their wings beating in a hypnotic rhythm. I felt a sense of peace and happiness wash over me, and I knew that this was going to be a truly special day.
