Chapter 10: The Unraveling

Saki sighed and grabbed both of Nozomi's wrists with one hand, her grip firm but gentle. She didn’t want to hurt Nozomi, but she needed to look, needed to understand what was going on. Nozomi's eyes widened in panic as Saki's grip tightened, and she tried to struggle, but Saki held her in place. With her free hand, Saki gently began to unfasten Nozomi's pants. Nozomi's face crumpled, and she looked away, her body shaking with fear. Rin could see the desperation in her eyes, the fear that Saki might discover the truth. As Saki's fingers worked on the buttons, Nozomi's struggles grew more intense. She tried to kick her legs apart, to prevent Saki from seeing what was underneath. But Saki was too strong, and she finally managed to unfasten the pants. The moment of truth had arrived. Saki's eyes dropped to Nozomi's waist, and her expression changed in an instant. Her eyes widened in shock, and her face went white. Rin could see the horror in her eyes, the realization of what had been done. Nozomi's body began to shake uncontrollably, and she buried her face in her hands, as if she could hide from the truth. Saki's gaze lingered on Nozomi's waist, and Rin could see the anger and disgust rising to the surface. Saki's eyes snapped up to meet Rin's, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. Rin could see the accusation in Saki's eyes, the knowledge that Rin was responsible for this. Saki's face crumpled, and she took a step back, as if she had been punched in the gut. "You...you did this," Saki whispered, her voice trembling with rage. Her eyes dropped back to Nozomi, and Rin could see the pain and anger warring for dominance. She knew that she was in trouble, that Saki was going to make her pay for what she had done. The room was silent, except for Nozomi's ragged breathing. Rin could feel the tension building, the weight of Saki's gaze on her face. She knew that she had to explain, to justify what she had done. But she had no idea where to start.
