**Chapter 27: A Royal Introduction**

Part 27

As the two princesses continued their conversation, Daisy turned to Luigi, a bright smile on her face. "And you must be Luigi, I've heard so much about you," she said, her eyes sparkling with amusement. Luigi's face turned bright red as he stumbled over his words, "N-nice to meet you, Princess Daisy." He bowed slightly, trying to play it cool, but his eyes darted around the room, avoiding Daisy's gaze. Daisy chuckled, finding Luigi's awkwardness endearing. "Please, call me Daisy," she said, taking a step closer to him. "I'm so glad to finally meet you, Luigi. I've heard Mario talk about you and your...adventures." Luigi's face turned even redder as he fumbled with his words, "I-I'm glad to meet you too, Daisy. You're...um, very nice." Daisy laughed, a musical sound that put Luigi at ease. "I think you're a bit shy, Luigi," she teased, her eyes twinkling with mirth. "But don't worry, I won't bite...hard." Mario, who was watching the exchange, couldn't help but grin at his brother's misfortune. He nudged Toad, who was also watching the scene unfold. "I think Luigi's in trouble," Mario whispered, chuckling. Toad giggled, "I think you're right, Mario. Luigi's got a bad case of...um, princess-induced shyness." Daisy, still chatting with Luigi, seemed oblivious to the teasing glances being exchanged. She was too busy getting to know Luigi, and she must admit, she found him quite charming. There was something about his awkwardness that made her feel at ease, and she found herself wanting to know more about him. As they continued to talk, Luigi's initial shyness began to fade, replaced by a more confident demeanor. He started to open up to Daisy, sharing stories and laughter with her. Daisy, in turn, was delighted to find that they had so much in common, from their love of adventure to their passion for helping others. The group chatted for a while longer, enjoying each other's company. As they talked, Mario couldn't help but notice the way Luigi and Daisy seemed to click. He smiled to himself, happy to see his brother so happy. Little did he know, this was just the beginning of a beautiful friendship...or perhaps something more.
