**Chapter 2: Unstable Powers**

Part 2

The next morning, I woke up to the sound of Aizawa-sensei making breakfast in the kitchen. I stretched my arms and yawned, feeling a bit more energized than the day before. As I walked into the kitchen, I noticed that Aizawa-sensei was staring at me with a concerned expression. "Good morning, Reader," he said, his voice a bit softer than usual. "How are you feeling today?" I shrugged, taking a seat at the kitchen table. "I'm fine, I guess." Aizawa-sensei nodded, serving me a bowl of oatmeal. "Good. I want you to try to focus on your daily routine today. See if you can control...whatever is happening to you." I nodded, taking a bite of the oatmeal. As I ate, I felt a strange tingling sensation in my fingers again. This time, it was stronger than before, and I could feel my muscles twitching. Aizawa-sensei noticed my reaction and quickly moved to my side. "Reader, what's happening?" I shook my head, feeling a surge of frustration. "I don't know! It just...happens." Aizawa-sensei helped me calm down, guiding me through some breathing exercises. But as we practiced, I could feel my powers growing stronger. It was as if they were trying to break free, to burst out of me in a chaotic mess. Just then, the doorbell rang. It was Katsuki Bakugo, one of Aizawa-sensei's students. I had seen him around the house before, but we had never really interacted. Aizawa-sensei answered the door, exchanging a few words with Bakugo. As they talked, I could feel Bakugo's eyes on me, and I felt a shiver run down my spine. "Ah, Bakugo, come on in," Aizawa-sensei said, stepping aside to let him in. "Reader, this is Katsuki Bakugo, one of my students." Bakugo walked into the kitchen, his eyes fixed on me. "So, you're the new kid, huh?" he said, his voice a bit rough. I nodded, feeling a bit self-conscious. "Yeah, I'm Reader." Bakugo raised an eyebrow. "That's a weird name. What's your Quirk?" Aizawa-sensei intervened quickly. "Bakugo, Reader's...still adjusting. Let's not focus on that right now." But Bakugo's eyes were already scanning me, taking in my strange behavior and erratic movements. I could tell he was intrigued, and a bit concerned. As we ate breakfast together, Bakugo asked me questions about my powers, trying to understand what was happening to me. I tried to explain, but it was hard to put into words. Bakugo listened intently, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. "I've never seen anything like this before," he said. "Can you do anything else?" I shook my head, feeling a bit embarrassed. "No, just...this." Bakugo nodded, his expression thoughtful. "I think I can help you, Reader. I've had some experience with weird Quirks." Aizawa-sensei raised an eyebrow. "Bakugo, I'm not sure that's a good idea." But Bakugo was undeterred. "Come on, sensei. I can help him. And I want to learn more about his Quirk." As Bakugo continued to question me, I felt a surge of energy building up inside me. It was growing stronger by the minute, and I could feel it getting harder to control. Suddenly, the kitchen was filled with a loud cracking sound, and the lights flickered. I looked around, confused, and saw that the walls were cracked and damaged. Bakugo's eyes widened in shock. "Whoa, that's some serious power!" Aizawa-sensei rushed over to me, his expression worried. "Reader, are you okay?" I nodded, feeling a bit stunned. "Yeah...I think so." But as I looked around at the destruction, I realized that I wasn't okay. I was a ticking time bomb, waiting to unleash my powers on the world. And I had no idea how to control them. Bakugo's eyes were still fixed on me, his expression a mix of fascination and concern. "I think we need to talk, Reader," he said. "About your Quirk, and what it means." I nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation. What did Bakugo want to know? And what would he think when he found out the truth about me?
