**Chapter 3: The Hokage's Decision**

Part 3

The Third Hokage's eyes narrowed as he studied Aisha, his gaze lingering on her features as if searching for something. "Hashirama, you're certain she's an omega?" he asked, his voice firm but curious. Hashirama nodded, his expression serious. "Yes, Third Hokage-sama. I've never seen an omega like her before, but...I sense that she's not from around here." The Third Hokage's expression turned thoughtful, his eyes drifting to Aisha's face. "I see. Well, in any case, we'll need to get her sorted out. Send for the medical team, and let's get her cleaned up and stabilized." As the Third Hokage barked orders to one of his attendants, Aisha felt a wave of exhaustion wash over her. She had been running on adrenaline for what felt like hours, but now that she was safe, her body was beginning to protest. Her muscles ached, and her stomach growled with hunger. The medical team arrived quickly, and Aisha was whisked away to a small examination room. The team leader, a soft-spoken kunoichi with a kind smile, introduced herself as Sakura Haruno. Sakura began to examine Aisha, asking her a series of questions and taking her vital signs. Aisha answered as best she could, still trying to wrap her head around her new surroundings. As Sakura finished up her examination, the Third Hokage returned, accompanied by Hashirama and several other ninjas. "So, Sakura, what do you make of our guest?" he asked, his eyes flicking to Aisha. Sakura smiled. "She's in surprisingly good health, considering everything she's been through. A bit malnourished, but that's to be expected. I'll get her set up with some food and rest, and we can start figuring out who she is and where she came from." The Third Hokage nodded, his expression serious. "Very well. Hashirama, I want you to keep an eye on her. Make sure she's safe and comfortable." Hashirama nodded, a small smile playing on his lips. "Of course, Third Hokage-sama." As the Third Hokage departed, Aisha felt a sense of trepidation. She had so many questions, but no one seemed to have the answers. Who was she, really? How did she get here? And what did it mean to be an omega in this strange new world? Sakura, sensing her unease, placed a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, we'll get to the bottom of everything. For now, let's get you some food and rest. You can ask all your questions later." Aisha nodded, feeling a wave of gratitude towards the kind kunoichi. As she followed Sakura out of the examination room, she caught Hashirama's eye, and he smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. For a moment, Aisha felt a sense of belonging, a sense that she might just make it in this strange new world after all. But as she turned to follow Sakura, she couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to her story, and that her journey was only just beginning.
