**Chapter 2: Rules of Co-Habitation**

Izaya's eyes sparkled with mischief as he leaned against the kitchen counter, watching Shizuo's reaction with great interest. "Shizu-chan, I have a rule for you living with me," he said with an evil smirk. Shizuo, still taking in the luxurious surroundings, turned to face Izaya, his expression wary. "What is it?" Izaya's grin grew wider. "My number one rule is sex. I get very horny and sometimes I need sex, so I bring beautiful women over, and sometimes men... but I guess okay-looking Shizu-chan, for a monster, will have to suffice for now." Shizuo's eyes widened in outrage, and he took a step back, his massive frame towering over Izaya. He balled up his fist, his face twisted in anger. "What the fuck, flea?" Shizuo screamed angrily, his voice echoing through the penthouse apartment. Izaya chuckled, unfazed by Shizuo's reaction. "Ah, come on, Shizu-chan, don't be like that. I'm just stating the rules. You're going to have to get used to it." Shizuo's glare deepened, his eyes blazing with fury. "You're out of your mind, Izaya! I'll never let you touch me!" Izaya snorted, rolling his eyes. "Oh, please, Shizu-chan, I'm not going to rape you. I'll make sure you're properly compensated for your... services." Shizuo's face turned red with rage, and he took a step closer to Izaya, his massive fist clenched. "You're disgusting, Izaya. I'll kill you if you try anything like that." Izaya held up his hands, a mocking smile still plastered on his face. "Whoa, easy does it, Shizu-chan. I'm just joking... or am I?" He winked at Shizuo, who responded with a furious roar. The tension between them was palpable, and it seemed that Izaya's little "rule" had just sparked a powder keg of emotions. Shizuo's anger was evident, and Izaya seemed to be reveling in it. Izaya's smile grew wider as he took a step closer to Shizuo. "You know, Shizu-chan, I'm really looking forward to our little... arrangement. It's going to be a lot of fun." Shizuo's response was immediate. With a snarl, he charged at Izaya, who dodged easily, laughing as he did so. "Oh, Shizu-chan, you're so predictable." The chase was on, with Shizuo hot on Izaya's heels, determined to teach him a lesson. But Izaya was always one step ahead, leading Shizuo on a merry chase through the penthouse apartment.
