"Jealousy Unleashed"

Part 42

That's when all the boys' expressions changed from surprised to something else entirely - a severe and intense jealousy that I had never seen before. Katsuki's grin faltered, and his eyes narrowed into slits, his face twisted in a scowl. Denki's eyes widened in shock, and he looked like he had been punched in the gut. Even Mina's excitement seemed to falter, and she took a step back, her eyes darting between me and the boys. But it was Bakugo who really caught my attention. His face had turned a deep shade of red, and his eyes seemed to be burning with an inner fire. He looked like he was about to explode, his fists clenched at his sides. I felt a shiver run down my spine as he took a step forward, his eyes fixed intently on me. "So, you're dating Shinso now?" he growled, his voice low and menacing. I felt a surge of confusion and alarm. What was going on? Why were they all reacting like this? "Uh, I don't know if I'd call it that," I stammered, trying to downplay the situation. "We just went on one date, and-" But Bakugo wasn't having it. He took another step forward, his eyes blazing with jealousy. "Don't lie to me, Vesper," he snarled, his voice dripping with venom. "I know exactly what it means. You're his girlfriend now, and that's just great." The room fell silent, with everyone watching the drama unfold. Mina looked like she was about to intervene, but I shook my head, trying to wave her off. I could handle this. Or so I thought. Katsuki took a step forward, a sly grin spreading across his face. "Looks like someone's got a crush," he teased, his eyes glinting with amusement. But before he could say anything else, Bakugo turned on him, his eyes flashing with anger. "Shut up, Katsuki," he growled, his voice low and menacing. The tension in the room was palpable, and I felt like I was caught in the middle of a powder keg. What was going on? Why were they all reacting like this? And what did Bakugo's reaction mean? Was he... jealous? I took a deep breath, trying to calm the situation down. "Guys, let's just calm down and talk about this, okay?" I said, trying to reason with them. But it was too late. The damage was done. The jealousy and tension in the room had already reached a boiling point, and I had no idea how to diffuse it. All I knew was that things were about to get a lot more complicated.
