"Trapped in Darkness"
Part 5
Asher's peaceful slumber was shattered by the sound of shattering glass and the creaking of doors. He sat up with a start, his heart racing as he looked around the room in confusion. That's when he saw the figure standing in the doorway, dressed in a black hoodie and mask. The intruder moved swiftly, securing the door and windows, trapping Asher inside. Asher tried to scramble off the bed, but his legs felt like lead and his mind was foggy. The intruder pulled out a phone and dialed a number, their eyes fixed on Asher with an unnerving intensity. Asher's eyes widened as the intruder spoke in a low, menacing tone, "Kaito, I have something you want. Your little boyfriend is right here with me." Asher's heart skipped a beat as he realized who the intruder was talking to. The intruder paused, listening to Kaito's response, before responding, "Oh, I think you'll do exactly what I say. You see, Asher is now a guest of mine, and he'll stay that way until you meet my demands." The intruder's voice sent shivers down Asher's spine. Asher tried to call out for help, but his voice was hoarse and barely audible. The intruder glanced at him, a cold smile spreading across their face. "Don't worry, Asher, you'll be staying with me for a while. Long enough for Kaito to do what I want." The intruder ended the call and turned their attention back to Asher. Asher's eyes darted around the room, searching for an escape, but the doors and windows were now blocked. He was trapped, and the intruder seemed to be enjoying his predicament. The intruder took a step closer to Asher, their eyes gleaming with a sinister light. "You're quite the celebrity, Asher. I've been following your career for a while now. And Kaito, well, he's quite the enigma. I'm sure he'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe." Asher's mind was racing, trying to think of a way to escape or alert Kaito to his situation. But for now, he was at the mercy of this stranger, trapped in the penthouse apartment with no clear way out. The intruder's smile grew wider, and Asher knew he was in grave danger.
