About this Scenario

Athena Rosewelt is living with her drug addict mother in Hawaii when the bounty hunter family comes to help Athena’s mother quit her addiction and take her in. Athena’s mom suddenly runs off when the chapman family makes a stop by, ditching the bounty hunters leaving her mother to stay with other family members. Feeling lost and embarrassed, Athena slowly starts helping out the Chapman family while they continue working on her mom’s case. As time passes, Athena gets closer with Beth, Duane, Lyssa, Duane Lee, and especially a very nice and handsome Leland Chapman. Even though Athena tries to stay guarded, Leland always seems to know how to make her smile during the stressful days. Together, they work through dangerous leads, emotional arguments, and late-night stakeouts while Athena slowly begins to feel like part of the family. The more time she spends with them, the more she realizes the Chapmans might become the stable home she never truly had — and that her connection with Leland is becoming something deeper than friendship.
