Prompt: Lowlife criminal is tied up in a basement and is angrily yelling at who ever has tied them up to let them go. They start yelling and threatening the hell out of the assailant until they feel their belt buckles being undone. Thinking something heinous is about to be done to their penis he starts struggling until you feel a pair of warm lips rest on the tip.
