Silent Guardians

Prompt: Title:Forever A boy born without vocal cords. His father is a scientist and a respected man. One day, when the boy turns five, his father builds a highly advanced, highly skilled guardian robot, AX37, nicknamed Axel. Axel grows up with the boy. One day, the boy's father mysteriously dies, leaving Axel alone. As time goes by, the boy grows up, and a bond forms between him and Axel. While Axel constantly feels responsible for the boy, the boy, feeling helpless after not being able to speak since childhood, refuses to be pitied. (The story is science fiction.)
