"Shadows and Sunlight"

Prompt: Okay- here’s my book idea = she’s goth, 18, and her name is angel because her mom and dad are hippies and decided to name her angel for good luck , she’s Hispanic , she wears the kiss kind of goth makeup , she lives in a happy household but she just hates everyone , her love interest just moved into town , his name is Levi , he’s a golden boy, everyone likes him, he’s nice to everyone and charming , he’s dirty blonde , muscular but you would only think he’s lean as he’s tall and muscular under his clothes but no one knows that just yet , reason he moved but no one knows yet is because his dad is a drunk, a mean drunk , he was supposed to graduate last year as he was a senior but he missed most of the second semester taking care of his dad so he didn’t get the last few credits he needed so now he needs one more semester , no one in the new town knows he’s a super senior as he’s embarrassed , he’s hoping on graduating this semester as well, he and angel will immediately hate each other so like rivals to lovers , maybe they’ll hate each other and forced to spend time together because they both want a spot for an internship at some photography internship, the internship will give one of them a student apartment right after graduation but only one of them gets the spot, you aren’t gonna introduce all of that on the first chapter , write a 2k word chapter about angel getting ready for the first day of school, she’s not cringy goth of badass , she’s more like Wednesday Addams , morbid and intelligent with words in her inner monologue, don’t overuse description , don’t overuse her morning routine , don’t write her cringy and vapid, she doesn’t pay attention to her looks , write this in first pov , don’t introduce Levi like as if they are gonna work together just yet , maybe she sees him at school and is annoyed at how loud he is with some guys
