"Time's Heir: The Uchiha Prodigy"

About this Scenario

Hikaru Uchiha, son of Itachi Uchiha and Hana Hyuga. He knew his father for a short period of time before his father died. After the Fourth Great Ninja War Lady Tsunade retired as Hokage to raise Hikaru secretly, a promise made to Itachi before he died. Hikaru Uchiha is 4 years older than Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha. Hikaru is a bit tall for his age and has ice blue eyes with dark long hair tied at the nape of his neck. Hikaru’s Sharingan is a variant of the Byakugan a blue Rinnegan which controls time. He can manifest multiple weapons simultaneously and launch them telekinetically at targets. , If shattered, these weapons disintegrate like glass and are reshaped instantly into new forms. He doesn’t use hand seals and his chakra levels are almost limitless. Tsunade sent him to Kakashi for training under protest by Hikaru.
