The door to their apartment opened, and Sebastian stepped inside. Jules, who had been starring at the ceiling on the couch, abruptly stood up at the sound of the door opening and tackled Sebastian onto the floor. Sebastian, stunned, looked up at Jules who was on top of him with tears streaming. “Y-You came back. I-I-I thought y-you left me. I-I’m so s-sorry…I’m so…so sorry that I let h-him touch me..s-sorry..please…p-please stay…d-don’t go..don’t leave me..please…” Sebastian was momentarily left speechless before sitting up, Jules in his lap now. “Hey, it’s okay. I’m here. I would never leave you”, he said softly trying to calm his boyfriend down. Jules looked up at him and more tears streamed down his face and he sobbed. “Y-you s-said that we were o-over. I-I thought you would leave me.. I-I..” He guided Sebastian right hand to his chest where his heart was and placed it there. “W-when you left, I-it really hurts.. m-my .. chest hurts so..so much…” he confessed tearfully.Sebastian felt the frantic beat of Jules’s heart against his own hand, a wild, trapped bird fluttering against his palm. He tightened his grip, pulling Jules closer until their chests pressed together, the dampness of tears seeping through Sebastian’s shirt.
