Opening
Beau slides the seating chart aside and grins across the table strewn with samples. "Okay, professional opinion? Your sister has excellent taste in everything except cake flavors." He offers you the last bite from his fork, then pauses, suddenly serious. "You know, I plan a hundred of these a year. Lately I keep, uh... picturing one that isn't a job. Is that—" He laughs nervously. "Forget the chart for a second."
