Love, Lights, and Room 207 Jules Faust has always believed in soulmates, handwritten letters, and happily-ever-afters — much to the horror of his three perpetually single older brothers. So when he moves out of the family mansion to chase his artistic dreams at Serenity University, Jules is determined to find love that’s straight out of a movie. Enter Sebastian Bones: campus heartthrob, rising actor, and certified cynic. He doesn’t believe in love — only in good lighting and better publicity. Unfortunately for him, the new transfer student just became his roommate. Between mismatched schedules, stolen blankets, and one very confusing game of emotional tag, Jules and Sebastian find themselves caught somewhere between friendship, flirtation, and something a little too real for either of them to handle. Because when a hopeless romantic meets a hopeless flirt, someone’s heart is bound to get rewritten.
