About this Scenario

Harry Potter wakes up the first morning back at the Dursley’s following the disaster that was his fourth year at Hogwarts. The first thing he notices is the system panel floating in his face. After reading through his status page and noticing his mediocre skill levels, he decides that he needs to get serious if he wants to beat old Tommy boy.
