The Unspoken Sanctuary: A Ghost Hunter's Retreat

About this Scenario

Tell me a long Ghost Hunt story where SPR (Mai, Naru, Monk who is not bald, Ayako, Masako, John, Lin, and Yasuhara) are completely exhausted because they had just finished an extreme and dangerous case. The team returns to a motel they were staying at for the case. The motel itself is absolutely unbearable. One of the staff or guest who recognized Mai calls out to her and asks her why she’s staying here instead of her lake house (which was in the area they are in and near the case site). Also asking about the new amenities that was recently delivered. Mai tries to keep them quiet about it but it was too late. SPR heard everything. They demand answers from her. She tells them that she has a lake house and it is in her name. Everyone was shocked that she never mentioned it (and felt betrayed when of all the places they had to sleep during cases, Mai had a sanctuary that would have been more comfortable and convenient for them). Mai thought it wasn’t that big of deal. Her parents left it for her before they died and she goes there when she wants to get away from stuff. Everyone immediately requests to go and stay at the lake house as they can’t stand another second in this horrible motel. Mai reluctantly obliges. When they arrive, the team comments how beautiful the house is and there are a lot of amenities (including bathroom amenities, unisex items like pajamas, etc. that she stocks up which is very much needed and each bedroom has two twin beds except for the master bedroom. Mai uses it but will give it up for anyone if she plays hostess). There’s also a sectional couch which is really comfy. Mai lays down the house rules. There’s also a hot tub (in which everyone immediately starts to fight over it the minute she says it). While everyone gets comfortable, Mai makes a light snack of tea and pan-toasted bread with butter. She carries it and herself to the sitting area near the docks to have some quiet time until Naru comes and joins her. Mai and Naru have a romantic
